Monde Mondi

Monde has spent more than 25 years in the Public Sector, Higher Education, Section 9 Company, Parastatal, Local Government and the Private Sector. He has more than 15 years’ experience in various executive and strategic leadership positions.

He gained his experience and consults in the following areas of Organisational Effectiveness: Resource management, Strategy formulation and implementation, Transformation and Change Management, Organisation Restructuring, Organisation development, Policy Formulation, Labour Relations and Negotiations.

Monde sat on various Management and Executive Committees across many sectors (incl. medical aid, provident funds) and served as a trustee, member, board member and Chairperson. In 2012 Monde was appointed as a judge for National Rising Star Award.

Monde holds a Masters degree in Labour Relation and Human Resource Management (Port Elizabeth), Bachelor in Philosophy in Value Analysis and Policy Formulation (Stellenbosch), Master’s Diploma in Human Resource Management (RAU) , Management Development Programme (UNISA), BA in Education (University of Transkei), Executive Management Programme and Introduction to Property Investments, Registered Master HR Practitioner - SABPP and Registered Fellow Member- IOD

His main hobby is hiking. He has summited Mt Kilimanjaro. He believes we face mountains in our everyday lives. They require determination, focus, clear plan, learning from those that have experienced the mountain, being mentally and physically fit, and facing the challenges.
